About the Job
The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individual for full time lead teaching position in our Toddler program. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classroom, half court gym, gross motor room and 3 separate playgrounds.
Job requirements include:
- Following State of Ohio and Goddard regulations.
- Successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices.
- Implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas.
- Parent communication.
- Maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.
- Candidate should be able to lift 30 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor.
- Candidate must have experience working in a childcare setting.
- For top pay consideration, candidate must also have a CDA Credential, ECE or related degree.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education. Focus on teamwork and customer service required!
